BML offers MVR100K cash prize under Masveriya Card promotion

Bank of Maldives has launched a special promotion for customers making transactions using its "Masveriya Card".
BML announced the promotion on the occasion of Fisherman's Day, which is celebrated every year on December 10th.
Customers making transactions using the "Masveriya Card" stand a chance to win a cash prize of MVR 100,000, says BML.
The Masveriyaa Card is offered under a Masdhoani Account, which is a financial scheme that offers fishermen a digital wallet to conduct financial transactions.
Granting fishermen easier access to online banking services is part of the government’s 100-day agenda.
Masveriya Card is an MVR prepaid card issued to fishermen in which fish purchasing companies can transfer the full payment and in turn, the captain can distribute the funds among other fishermen of the vessel through BML MobilePay. Other services are also available via the Masveriya Card.
