Two men arrested in Thinadhoo after attacking another

Two men were arrested in Thinadhoo island of Gaafu Dhaalu atoll, after attacking another with a sharp object.
Police said that the 35-year-old man was attacked at around 11:05pm on Wednesday. While he was stabbed in the hand, the attack was reported to police promptly.
The two men arrested over the attack are 32 and 26 years of age; they were taken into custody a little over an hour after the attack at 12:03am.
The victim was taken to Dr. Abdul Samad Memorial Hospital for treatment, he did not sustain any serious injuries.
Police continues to investigate the case.
