The Maldives Police Service (MPS) is searching for a man under an arrest warrant issued by the civil court for failure to appear in court.

MPS identified the man as 49-year-old Ismail Waheed of Ma. Binma Villa. He is being taken to court in connection to debt-charges for which he failed to appear in court, therefore, a warrant was sent to MPS to present him in court under arrest on the 14th of October at 10:30 am.

MPS requests any information regarding the defendant to be shared with the police custodial department at 9991442 and thanked the public for their support in such matters.
