Maldives Immigration has captured a man who attempted to enter Maldives using a fake passport.
The department of immigration revealed this via Twitter on Monday.
The tweet reads that the man was captured by immigration officials while attempting to enter Maldives on a false passport.
He had evidently used the passport of a look-alike.
Although no further details were revealed regarding the impostor, immigration revealed that they dealt with a similar case on Sunday as well.
