President Solih arrives in Mauritius
President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and First Lady Fazna Ahmed have arrived in Mauritius on an official visit.
The President and First Lady are in the country on the invitation of the Mauritian Government.
They were received at the main international airport by the Minister of Youth and Sports of Mauritius.
They are scheduled to attend the opening ceremony of the 10th edition of the Indian Ocean Island Games, being held in Port Louis.
They will also observe several of the sporting events due to be held there in the next few days, in which Maldivian athletes will be competing. The Maldives will participate in 14 sporting events at this year's games.
