The government is seeking consultants to develop international ports in the north and south of the Maldives.
The finance ministry statedthat the government is seeking consultants for project scoping, feasibility analysis, project formulation and transaction advisory.
Interested eligible consultants are invited to submit their proposal according to the Request for Proposal (RFP). Interested parties must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services in accordance with the RFP document and the Consultant will be selected based on Quality and Cost based Selection (QCBS) method. The relevant documents and information are available for download from the finance ministry website.
Interested consultants will be registered after they submit the application to the finance ministry between 8:30am and 1:00pm on working days before 18th July. The proposals are expected to be submitted to the address before 1:00pm on 21st July.
The ministry also stated that the Maldives government encourages International firms to submit proposals in association with Maldivian firms, which will be reflected in the evaluation of proposals.
