Food and Hospitality Asia Maldives (FHAM) fair is to be held next month.

The fair is to be held from July 15-17 July, at Dharubaaruge in the capital.

A total of 150 stalls are to be set up this year, with 50 different companies displaying their products and services, making this the biggest symposium of this industry.

FHAM is an annual event organised by Dhivehi Expo Services along with their partner CDC Events and Travel of Srilanka in alliance with the Ministry of tourism and Ministry of Economic Development endorsed by Chef Guilds of Maldives and Chef Guilds of Lanka.

The event organizers aim to provide a platform to local and international companies and create opportunities for food enthusiasts and chefs in this region to showcase their latest products and to promote their brand.

Competitions including the popular culinary challenge amongst culinary enthusiasts are going to take place in this event . Moreover, a barista challenge, a mocktail making competition and house keeping competition is also said to be held in this event.
