Judicial Service Commission (JSC) will be holding its investigative meetings on Supreme Court Justice Abdulla Didi at Dharubaaruge.

The meetings will begin on Thursday at 10am and will be open to the public.

In a tweet on Wednesday, JSC stated that it has sent a summons to Justice Didi for Thursday’s meeting.

Justice Didi requested JSC to open its investigation to the public after he was summoned on Monday.

JSC stated that it is investigating Justice Didi over a disciplinary issue and for continuing his work at the Supreme Court after being suspended. JSC is also investigating three other cases involving him.

The Supreme Court has issued orders in attempts to stop JSC’s investigation.
