Vice President Faisal Naseem has launched an exhibition on the history of environment conservation in Maldives.

The exhibition was opened on Tuesday night at the National Art Gallery.

The exhibition showcases the history of environment change and conservation in Maldives with historic photos and documents.

The exhibition will be open on Wednesday from 10am - 12pm and 2pm - 6pm and until 8pm. On Thursday, it will be open from 10am – 12pm.

Heritage Ministry’s research analyst Ali Didi delivered a presentation at the launching ceremony, in which he highlighted the folklore and beliefs held by Maldivians on environment conservation and the response of rulers and governments.
