The first one occurred on the outlying road of capital city Malé and the second one occurred on the bridge highway

Two dangerous road accidents have left vehicles heavily damaged on Friday night.

The first occurred when two motorcycles collided into one another on the outlying road of capital city Malé.

Both riders had their licenses with them at the time of the accident, revealed Maldives Police Service (MPS).

While the speeding motorcycle had crashed into the other motorcycle, the rider had injured his forehead.

Police media official revealed that the man received treatment for his injuries at Indhira Gandhi Memorial Hospital (IGMH).

The second accident took place when a car being driven down the Sinamale Bridge highway had its tire burst and crashed into a fence.

RaajjeMV understands that the car driver also had a license to operate vehicles and no one was injured in the accident.
