The Elections Commission is to begin gathering signatures of candidates or their representatives for the upcoming Parliamentary Elections, starting Sunday.

A tweet posted by the commission on Saturday reads that the signing event will be held at the training hall of the elections center.

Signing will proceed from 08:30 am to 10:30 pm on the 24^th and 25^th of March and from 8:30am to 3pm on 26^th March, revealed the commission.

While 264,589 are eligible to vote in the elections scheduled for 6 April, the commission had earlier publicized a voter’s registry.

A total of 386 candidates are competing in the parliamentary elections.
