In an announcement made on Saturday, EC stated that additional information will be provided at 2pm on the 4th of March.
The final date to submit the estimated analysis is before 2pm, March 10, and the bidding will begin at 2pm that day at the fifth floor of the commission’s Port Complex.
EC stated that more information will be available through their website and that they will not accept bids that are submitted after the deadline.
