Respect, kindness and caring for one another are as important as formal lessons at school, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has said.
Following the commencement of the new academic year, President Solih via twitter extended best wishes to students across the nation.
President Solih further wished for the commencing academic year to bring adventure and discovery for the learners, and asked them to unlock their true potential.

As the school year began on Sunday, Minister of Education, Dr. Aishath Ali revealed that the Ministry has planned various activities and programs for the progress of learners. Some of them are included in President Solih’s first-100-day agenda, such as the school breakfast program which was launched on Sunday morning at Aminiyya School.
