The ‘Presidential Commission on Corruption and Asset Recovery’ has announced that it will be receiving information and cases from the public.

In an announcement on Tuesday, the commission said that anyone with information relevant to cases being investigated or wishing to submit a case for investigation can do so.

The commission can be reached at the Huravee Building in capital city Malé, through e-mail at [email protected], or through an online portal that is to be set up within a week.

The deadline for submission of new cases is set at 2:00pm on 24th February, 2019.

The commission was set up to investigate corruption cases for the period from January 1st, 2012 to November 17th, 2018.
