The Maldives Police Service (MPS) has launched a search for an individual involved in a Civil Court dispute.
MPS officials say that the man was summoned for a hearing, which he had not attended. The police intend to keep him in custody so as to produce him in court for the next hearing.
45-year-old Abdulla Kaamil, native to Holhudhoo island of Noonu atoll, is to be produced in court at 11:15 am on October 11th.
MPS has asked anyone with information on Kaamil’s whereabouts to contact them.
