President Abdulla Yameen has said that he gets angry at himself sometimes, for allowing somethings to not go his way.

In an interview to state media PSM on Friday, President Yameen said that he is a serious person and that he gets angry when he feels it’s appropriate.

In the interview aired just two days before the presidential election, the President indicated he is a perfectionist and that he gets angry at himself when things do not go as planned.

Also, highlighting that he is not the type to accept defeat easily, President Yameen said that people who desert citizens whenever they face difficulty should not become a leader.

He also said that he has learnt many lessons after his former allies left his side and that he will not allow anyone else to betray him. He added he will work to learn his allies’ true motives if he is elected for a second term.
