Privately operated news station Raajje Television has sent a second invite to incumbent President Abdulla Yameen for their presidential debate program.
This invitation was sent on Sunday while the first was sent on 8th July. An invitation was also sent to Yameen’s running mate Sheikh Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed on 17th July.
The opposition presidential candidate Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and running mate Faisal Naseem have already agreed to join the program.
Raajje Television has said that they will set a date and venue for the debate after discussion with participating individuals.
