Opportunity to represent the Maldives in the Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak International Holy Quran Competition has been opened by the center of Holy Quran.

The international Quran competition is to be held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) and will commence on the 04th of November and proceed till the 16th of November.

According to the Center of Holy Quran in the Maldives, only women can partake in the competition and the UAE will cover costs for accommodation and two-way tickets.

Participants of the competition require to be skilled in reciting the Quran under the fundamental Tajweed rules and must know the Quran by heart as well as being under 25.

The center of Holy Quran opened the opportunity for qualified individuals to apply before 01:30 p.m. on the 31st of July.
