Police have forwarded their case against Malé City Council’s Central-Maafannu representative Azra Moosa for prosecution.
Azra was arrested near the central bank Maldives Monetary Authority premises in capital city Malé, during an opposition demonstration.
RaajjeMV understands that the police have build their case around her arrest, on February 27th. She was remanded by nine days, in house arrest.
She is being charged with allegations of obstructing the conduct of a law enforcement officer.
