Search begins missing man from Kaashidhoo

A search party has set out to find an elderly man who went missing early Tuesday evening from K. Kaashidhoo island.

The man has been identified as Adam Da'ood and sources report that the man who is abnormal left home at 09:00 am on Tuesday and has not returned since.

Police Media Official reported that the man, 63, was reported missing at around 4:40 pm on Tuesday and police as well as islanders have set out to find him.

Evidently Adam had not given any details of where he was going, or why.

Police and islanders have been searching the woods ever since the man had been reported missing.
