BML hosts a ceremony to introduce its gift cards
Bank of Maldives (BML) has given customers the opportunity to customize their own gift cards.
Deputy CEO Aishath Noordeen introduced the gift cards at a ceremony on Wednesday.
The customized cards will be available for collection in three days, if the customer lives in Male’, and 10 days if otherwise. Customers should also specify the branch they wish to collect the cards from.
Gift cards are used to make purchases on PoS machines, but cannot be used at ATMs for withdrawal. They are available in values of MVR 200, MVR 300, MVR 500, MVR 700, and MVR 1000.
Launching the gift cards is part of BML’s Aharenge Bank initiative to support local Maldivian communities.
