The Maldives Inland Revenue Authority (MIRA) has disclosed its list of companies that failed to submit tax statements for the third quarter last year.
The list includes names of nineteen organizations in the tourism industry and 109 others in various industries.
The authority had publicized a list of organizations that failed to pay taxes in the aforementioned period, earlier as well. The list includes businesses registered in capital city Malé, and its extensions.
The list includes Sharu Launch Services, a company involved with multi-million-rufiyaa disputes with several state institutions.
Every quarter, MIRA publicizes a list of companies and enterprises that do not submit tax statements.
