The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and advising companies on corrective measures to strengthen their operational efficiency.

The role also entails providing additional recommendations where necessary.
The responsibilities of this position also include the classification of state-owned enterprises and monitoring their progress in achieving targets set in accordance with the budget. Furthermore, the role involves conducting the necessary reviews to determine the remuneration of board members and facilitating any required amendments to relevant policies following necessary consultations.
The responsibilities of this position include establishing and implementing a monitoring mechanism to ensure that loans issued under government guarantees to State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) and public business entities are utilized in accordance with their intended purposes and established requirements. Furthermore, the role involves reporting expenditures related to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the Board of Directors and conducting the necessary oversight to ensure that companies strictly adhere to relevant guidelines governing these activities.
