The basic salary for this position is MVR 18,000. With additional allowances, the total monthly remuneration will exceed MVR 30,000.
The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, execute, and oversee operations under the guidance and direction of the head of the department. The scope of work includes managerial-level tasks related to the research and development of artistic fields, as well as technical work and academic research.
The search for a candidate to fill this position comes at a time when the government claims to be taking measures to reduce the number of state employees. However, the reality observed is the continued appointment of individuals to high-ranking positions with substantial salaries.
