Bank of Maldives (BML) has opted to adopt Finastra Essence, a product provided by global financial software developer Finastra, to update its central banking system and advance its digital strategy.
A announcement from Finastra notes that this collaboration will allow the financial institution to expedite the rollout of fresh offerings, improve workflow efficiency, and deliver dependable traditional alongside Islamic financial solutions to clients.
Through the adoption of Finastra Essence, BML will obtain a modern, flexible, and open framework. This infrastructure will support several key outcomes:
