Mohamed Asbah Ali Naseer has been dismissed from his post as Deputy Managing Director of the Housing Development Corporation (HDC).
He was removed from his post on Monday. His dismissal followed a decision reached by the HDC Board of Directors.
Earlier in this administration, Asbah served as the Deputy Managing Director of the Road Development Corporation (RDC). He was transferred to the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) following the appointment of Ahmed Zuhair, who previously held a position at RDC, to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of HDC's Managing Director.
Following the defeat in Saturday’s election, it has been noted that individuals in senior government positions are being dismissed. This includes the removal of heads of several state-owned enterprises, including Fenaka Corporation.
