A high-level leadership delegation from the MDP arrived on the island on Saturday evening to campaign for the upcoming Local Council and Women's Development Committee elections.
The Maldivian Democratic Party (MDP) has decided to conduct door-to-door visits and various other campaign activities on the island for the upcoming Local Council and Women's Development Committee elections. Furthermore, the visit will include activities related to the ongoing campaign opposing the proposal to hold the presidential and Women's Development Committee elections concurrently.
The MDP is currently conducting campaign activities across various regions of the Maldives, with members organized into multiple teams.
