The Maldives Police Service (MPS) is seeking public assistance to acquire information about the motorcycle operated by a man who is suspected to have robbed a pharmacy in southernmost Addu City’s Maradhoo district.

Addu police have taken to social media platforms, seeking assistance in identifying the vehicle.

According to authorities, the man robbed the pharmacy at around sundown on Friday and using a sharp weapon to threaten the pharmacist.

MPS has publicized a picture of the motorcycle the thief is believed to have been riding.

The public has been urged to reach out to Gan Police Station if any information is attained on the vehicle.
