The Judicial Year 2024 has been inaugurated.

President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu inaugurated the Judicial Year 2024 during a ceremony held at Dharubaaruge on Thursday evening.

Setting new goals for the upcoming year and reflecting on the achievements of the judiciary over the past year are some of the most important objectives of the inauguration of the judicial year.

The ceremony saw the president awarding commemorative plaques to long-serving employees who have served the judiciary for more than 35 years.

Senior members of the Judiciary, senior government officials alongside Chief Justice of the Maldives Ahmed Muthasim Adnan participated Thursday’s ceremony.
