The first couple of Maldives is scheduled to undertake a state visit to the People’s Republic of China.
This was announced by the President’s Office on Thursday.
President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu and First Lady Sajidha Mohamed will undertake a state visit to China from January 7 – 12.
The state visit comes upon an invitation extended to the Maldivian first couple by the President of the People’s Republic of China, Xi Jinping.
Further details of the first couple’s upcoming state visit have not been disclosed yet.
