President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has appointed 19 more Deputy Ministers.
The Deputy Ministers were appointed to their posts on Wednesday.
The newly appointed Deputy Ministers are;
- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs – Aminath Rana Hussain Shiham
- Deputy Minister of Homeland Security and Technology – Hussain Zeenee
- Deputy Minister of Homeland Security and Technology – Arham Hussain
- Deputy Minister of Homeland Security and Technology – Hassaan Hameed
- Deputy Minister of Finance – Ahmed Aiman
- Deputy Minister of Health – Ismail Zahir
- Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Resources – Shafeega Naeem
- Deputy Minister of Islamic Affairs – Sheikh Mutheeu Ismail Mohamed
- Deputy Minister of Islamic Affairs – Sheikh Usam Mohamed Saeed
- Deputy Minister of Social and Family Development – Abdulla Rasheed
- Deputy Minister of Sports, Fitness and Recreation – Ali Nizar
- Deputy Minister of Housing, Land and Urban Development – Zaaid Ahmed
- Deputy Minister of Transport and Civil Aviation – Hassan Zihan
