A man wanted to be brought in for questioning regarding an ongoing investigation, is being located.
The Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that being located is a man implicated in a case of fraudulently attaining money from an individual, being investigated by the Police Station in Maafushi island of Kaafu atoll.
The publication was made after efforts to locate the man were to no avail as authorities didn’t know his exact location. The notice was issued under Article 27 of the code of procedure to be followed by the police in the investigation of criminal cases.
Being located is a Razzan Adam, 32 and native to Funadhoo island of Shaviyani atoll.
He is being sought for questioning in connection with the ongoing investigation into charges of fraudulently taking money from someone.
The man has been summoned to the Maafushi Police Station at 2pm on November 15.
