Hulhumalé Phase II
A dead body has been discovered at sea off Hulhumalé Phase II.
The Maldives Police Service (MPS) revealed that the man was found at around 05:56pm on Tuesday, at sea near the H16 Tower in Hulhumalé Phase II.
The police institution revealed that the body was found in a black polo t-shirt, black shorts and black boots.
The man is believed to be an expatriate, however, the authorities are yet to confirm the identity of the man.
The body has since been transferred to the Galolhu mortuary.
The public has been urged to contact the police through 9911099 if any information on the identity of the dead man is attained.
