Milandhoo Shore Protection Project
Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) has disclosed that the Shore Protection Project of Milandhoo island in Shaviyani Atoll is well underway.
MTCC states that the second shipment of Rock Boulders required for the project have been delivered to the project site.
Additionally, the company notes that the groyne profiling work is currently ongoing at the site with 37 percent completion.
Under the project, MTCC will be constructing a 954m revetment and a 115m groyne.
The value of the project is MVR 34.6 million.
