First Lady Fazna Ahmed has attended the opening ceremony of the third International Thai Silk Fashion Week.
The first lady attended the opening ceremony on Tuesday, at the Royal Paragon Hall in Bangkok, Thailand.
The third International Thai Silk Fashion Week is held in honor of the Thai Queen Mother’s 90th birth anniversary.
With the participation of fashion designers from around the world, the International Thai Silk Fashion Week will proceed until December 11.
The Maldivian first lady will also attend the presentation of the Thai Silk designs by Maldivian fashion designer Jaadhulla Ismail on Wednesday.
FL Fazna headed to Thailand upon the invitation of the Association of Thai Silk and Culture Promotions.
