BML offers trip to London through exciting AMEX promotion

The Bank of Maldives (BML) has launched a special and exciting new promotion for American Express cardholders.

The country’s national bank revealed this on Sunday, noting that all local transactions made through American Express debit and credit cards are eligible to win under the exciting new promotion.

As such, two lucky customers will win MVR 5,000 each week, with two return tickets to London with £1,000 spending money promised for the grand winner of the promotion.

BML revealed that the promotion, which began on November 13, is valid through December 13.

Under the terms and conditions specified, the bank revealed that each successful local transaction made during the promotion period using American Express cards issued by BML will be eligible for the promotion.

The bank’s employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for the promotion, through which AMEX Cardholders that make successful local transactions will be eligible for the weekly lucky draws through which two lucky winners will receive MVR 5,000 to be credited to their BML account as well as the lucky draw to select grand winners at the end of the promotion.

The grand winner has been promised a return trip for two to London with £1,000 Pound Sterling as pocket money.

BML goes on to reveal that the travel period must be between April to August 2023.

The bank will be publicizing the details of the winners on their website and each winner will be contacted for their prize. However, BML will only make five attempts and if unable to contact the winner, or the prize is not claimed, BML has the right to draw another winner.

Further, if an AMEX cardholder does not wish to participate in the promotion, they must notify the bank in writing to be excluded from the promotion.
