The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Maldives Abdulla Shahid has sent a message of felicitations to Taneti Maamau, President, Head of Government and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of the Republic of Kiribati, on the occasion of their Independence Day.

In his message, the Minister of Maldives conveyed warm greetings and sincere good wishes of the Government and the People of Maldives, to the Minister, the Government and the people of Kiribati, on the occasion of their Independence Day.

He also expressed his best wishes for the good health and well-being of the Kiribati Minister and for further progress of the people of Kiribati.

The Minister concluded his message by extending assurances of his highest considerations.
