Indian State Minister calls on Minister Shahid
They reaffirmed their commitment to further intensify the relations between both countries

The Minister of State for External Affairs of India, V. Muraleedharan has called on Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla Shahid.
The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on Sunday.
During the meeting, Foreign Minister Shahid welcomed the Indian State Minister to the Maldives and reflected on the historic relationship between both countries.
The meeting also saw Minister Shahid expressing gratitude to the Government of India for the constant support to facilitate the socioeconomic development of the Maldives.
Additionally, Minister Shahid and State Minister Muraleedharan reviewed the significant milestones achieved through robust cooperation between both countries particularly in the past four and half years.
They reaffirmed their commitment to further intensify the relations between both countries.
Minister of State for External Affairs, V. Muraleedharan arrived in Maldives, on a two day Official Visit on 3 June 2023.
