President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih discussed developmental opportunities for motorsports in Maldives, with the Racing Association of Maldives (RAM).
President Solih, on Saturday evening met with members of RAM and inquired about their concerns.
At the meeting, members of RAM shared their concerns and challenges faced in the development of motorsports in the Maldives and discussed the need for a training area and a permanent racing track in order to develop the sport further.
President Solih reiterated the government's commitment to implement equitable development in all sports. He assured that the concerns raised by RAM members would be addressed through relevant government offices.
