The session was facilitated by Mohamed Misthoh, Corporate Trainer and Business Consultant at Mindfields Inc

The government has completed the first session of the "Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme (EEEP) 2021-2023.”

The session was hosted at the Central Auditorium of the Maldives National University (MNU) by the Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office jointly with the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) on Wednesday.

Themed around "Strategic Thinking—Setting New Targets and Goals”, the session saw information dispersed on cultivating thought processes to achieve targets and goals and was facilitated by Mohamed Misthoh, Corporate Trainer and Business Consultant at the consultancy firm, Mindfields Inc.

The session was joined by more than 200 executive-level officials from government offices and institutions.

President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih launched the Executive Enhancement and Enrichment Programme on 27 December 2021.

Speaking at the inauguration ceremony the president noted that the programme will greatly assist in the administration’s efforts to reform, improve and deliver public services.

The two-year programme intends to enhance the skills and capabilities of political and executive staff in management positions in the civil service and was initiated jointly by the Public Service Training Unit of the President’s Office and CSTI.
