Police issued separate statements on Monday, summoning all three to present themselves for questioning

If they fail to present themselves, police warned that the cases will be forwarded to the Prosecutor General's Office
Maldives Police Service (MPS) has summoned well-known bloggers Muzarraf ‘Muju’ Mohamed Naeem, Abdulla Hani Amir and Azra Naseem to the police headquarters for questioning.
All three, currently abroad, have been given a period of 14 days to respond to the accusations against them.
Police issued three separate statements via twitter on Monday, summoning all three to present themselves for questioning over cases being investigated against them. Police did not reveal any details in the investigations.
The statement emphasized that if they fail to do so, the case will be forwarded to the Prosecutor General’s Office, along with the evidence already collected against them.
Following the summoning, Amir tweeted that it comes “a day after writing an article in support of murdered blogger Yameen Rasheed”.
He later noted that the Minister of Home Affairs had recently met with ‘radical preachers’, which was highlighted by Naeem as well.
Naeem said that his summoning comes after his appearance on a podcast with ‘The Secular Jihadists of the Middle East’.
