Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened a new self-service banking ATM center in Dhevvadhoo island of Gaaf Alif atoll.
In an effort to support the island community and the national bank’s ongoing efforts to expand its services in outlying atolls in support of island communities, BML opened the center in the island on Sunday.
These centers will support individuals and businesses in depositing and transferring money on a round-the-clock basis, in addition to the general cash withdrawal service. The center houses a state-of-the-art multi-functional ATM and the bank has been continually investing in efforts to support local communities, BML revealed in a statement.
With this, BML now has a branch and self-service Banking in GA. Vilingili in the atoll and seven self-service Banking ATM Centres in Dhevvadhoo, Kolamaafushi, Dhaandhoo, Maamendhoo, Nilandhoo, Gemanafushi and Koodoo.

The national bank revealed that opening the ATM center demonstrates the bank’s commitment to expand access to convenient banking services across the atolls. The inauguration of the service Dhevvadhoo center marks another important step in BML’s ongoing investment program to benefit individuals, businesses and communities across the country.
The country’s national bank is committed to support individuals, businesses and communities across Maldives, with a nationwide network of 35 branches across 20 atolls, 75 self-service banking centers, 136 ATMs, 277 agents and a full suite of digital banking services.
