Ooredoo has inaugurated the foundation casting for its new headquarters located in Hulhumalé.
CEO and Managing Director of Ooredoo Maldives, Najib Khan inaugurated the foundation casting component of the construction project, along with board members of the company.
The project was initially mobilized in the first phase of Hulhumalé during 2017.
Speaking during the inauguration ceremony, CEO and MD Khan revealed that new headquarters will be another important step in the company’s success.
Highlighting that the building would not just serve as an office, Khan revealed that it would also serve as a place Ooredoo employees work to progress the country’s economy.
He went on to state that the building is an environment-friendly building that is also an energy-serving facility.
The 11-storey high new headquarters will boast a recreational center for the employees as well as a day care center. The building was designed with modern architectural features, state-of-the-art facilities, and cutting-edge technology to enable innovation, productivity, and growth.
