A youth injured in a gang fight in Dhaandhoo island on Gaafu Alifu atoll was brought to the capital for treatment.
While the fight is to have erupted following a disagreement between two groups at a cafe, three were injured while one was left in serious condition.
He was first transferred to Gaafu Alif atoll Hospital, before being moved to capital Male’ one Friday.
RaajjeMV understands that he was stabbed in the head, resulting in brain hemorrhage.
Police on Friday night revealed that nine suspects were arrested over the attack, under a court order, including a minor.
They continue to investigate the case.
