The Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTCC) is looking for a Chief Financial Officer.
The announcement comes following the dismissal of Mohamed Hilmy from the post. According to MTCC, Hilmy was removed by the company’s board of directors, after an audit report noted that he had granted guarantees for an entity in violation of the MTCC's corporate policy.
Those interested in the position are to send in applications before 3pm on June 28. Those with a certified internal audit pass will be prioritized, said MTCC.
Interviews for those shortlisted for the post will be held between June 29 to July 9.
The Chief Financial Officer at MTCC will receive a MVR 40,000 salary, as well as a special bonus of MVR 15,000. They will also be provided health insurance, as per company policy.
