Although vaccination services have been temporarily halted due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the services are to be made available from Dhamana Veshi, from May onwards.

The urban primary healthcare center issued a circular on Saturday, which reads that they will resume vaccination services from May 3 onward.

As such, the compulsory doses under the national vaccine schedule for children will be given under appointments.

Appointments will be issued from 10am to 1pm every day except the Fridays and Saturdays.

The circular notes a few points to be followed when seeking appointments. This includes providing the basic information such as the child’s name, date of birth, the last vaccination date, the vaccine given, permanent and current addresses and most importantly, whether the address is under monitoring or not.

Further, the center will also be issuing vitamin doses to children under six years of age under the same scheduled from 10am to 1pm.

Parents may visit the center for vitamin doses for their children and must bring their vaccine cards along.
