An accident on the Hulhulé – Hulhumalé bridge has left two cars slightly dented.
The accident occurred when the driver of a car on the way to Hulhumalé from capital city Malé slammed on the brakes, causing two cars following behind to crash into the car.
Two of the cars that had followed behind had lost control and crashed, when strong winds blew a traffic cone towards the car in the lead, causing the driver to slam on the brakes.
No injuries have been reported in the collision thus far.
While all three drivers had their licenses, two of the cars that had followed behind were slightly dented.
Police have since begun investigations into the accident.
