President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih is in Raa atoll for a two-day trip.

He arrived in Meedhoo island of North Maalhosmadulu Atoll on Wednesday and was warmly welcomed by the residents upon arrival to the island.

During this trip, the President is scheduled to meet with council members and senior institutional representatives from Meedhoo and also hold discussions with the Ungoofaaru island council.

The second stop of his trip is to Alifushi Island, where he is scheduled to meet with council members and senior institutional representatives of the island, followed by a meeting with the North Maalhosmadulu Atoll Council.

The President will also be unveiling the monument and joining the celebratory event for the Golden Jubilee of Alifushi School.
