Licamac Private Limited has opened the opportunity to purchase stall slots in their upcoming Night Market to be held on 26 July.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Saya from Licamac stated that the Night Market will be held on Independence Day, the 26th of July and it will proceed for a period of seven days.

The week-long Night Market will be held in the Rasfannu region and will conclude on 1 August.

While the company is set to sell a total of 230 stalls, they come with a price of MVR 8,000. All the stalls will be a square of 8 feet.

While companies, shop owners and owners of different establishments may take part in the market, a maximum of three stalls are allowed to be booked by one individual.

Those who wish to purchase stalls may arrive in the region on Wednesday with their ID cards. The company will be checking if those who register are registered companies.

Stalls were sold from 9am to 5pm at the Bridge View Platform on Wednesday. From 5pm onwards, the company is selling stalls from their head office.

The Night Market is being carried out as mandated under the Economic Ministry, said Licamac, going on to express its hope that those who purchase stalls will carry through under the set regulations.
