President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih has conferred medals to the participants of “mamen Inter-School Bike Championship 2019” which concluded on Saturday.
While medals were awarded to participants of the “Under 12 Fun Ride” activity, the closing ceremony was held at the Hulhumale Racing Track.
The championship was held from 26th to 27th and was the initiative of Dhiraagu and Bike Maldives.

President Solih was accompanied by First Lady Fazna Ahmed and Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, Ahmed Mahloof.
A total of 515 students from 16 schools had participated in the championship. 25 races were held under three age categories.
The three categories were under 12, under 16 and under 18.
